Right or left? Up or down?

To me, life is all about choices, while good life means choosing the best options not only for yourself, but also for everyone in every situation. This sounds tough and stressful, but I believe almost everyone struggles in vacillating life choices constantly.

"Should I take the right fork or left in the road?"

"Could I climb up or will I fall down if I go further?"

But honestly, what is BEST choices?
