For customers from Hong Kong, Taiwan or Macau, orders will be shipped using SF Express cash on delivery (順豐速運到付). When I dispatch your order, I will give you a tracking number for you to track the progress of you order.
I ship internationally with all parcels shipped by Hong Kong Post. When I dispatch your order, I will give you a tracking number for you to track the progress of you order.
Shipping rates of international orders are calculated by weight and destination region and calculated at the checkout.
Once your order has been placed, it will usually be dispatched within 2 – 3 business days (unless it is a Print on Demand product). But for orders placed within public holidays or weekends, service of Hong Kong Post and SF Express will be delay during public holidays, including Sundays. I kindly ask for your patience as this handling period may vary.
Unfortunately there are no guaranteed delivery times at the moment, however as an approximate guide, you can generally expect the following postage timeframes: Hong Kong (domestic) orders: 2 – 7 business days, International orders: 8 – 20 business days.
International orders may be subject to customs, taxes, import duties, or any other additional charges by your government. As the recipient, you are completely responsible to pay for any of these fees incurred. Customs also may incur a delivery delay, which is out of my control.
It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct – I won’t be responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate postal address details. If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to me, I reserve the right to require you to pay further postage fees and issue a refund if the goods are not damaged. If you realise you have given an incorrect delivery address, please send an email ASAP in the possible instance it has not yet been dispatched: email@example.com, or contact me through Instagram DM.
LOST IN TRANSIT
If you’re concerned that your order has been lost or misdelivered, I ask that you contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, so that I can assist you in filing a lost package claim. I am not responsible or liable for any lost or misdelivered orders, or if your order is stolen after delivery.
Risk in each order passes to you on delivery to your nominated address. If the parcel has been left unattended at the delivery address, the order will be taken to have been delivered. If you ask me to deliver to an address and you’re not there, but someone else at the address signs or accepts the parcel, the order will be taken to have been delivered on leaving the order with that person.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as I cannot not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. There are also no returns on any prints, original works and products as these are produced on demand.
ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if there is an issue with your order, contact me immediately with the details at email@example.com.
Exchange may be possible for t-shirts, only if the size is not suitable.
However, as limited releases have limited stock, it is possible there won’t be any stock to exchange with. Please read the size chart before you order! If you want to request an exchange, you must contact me first with your order number by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org or Instagram DM to organise a postage label.
Exchange shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Any returns received without contacting me first will not be accepted. All items must be in original condition, packaging and arrive back to me undamaged.
